    The documents required by the Immigration Office will vary by country.Please contact us before you apply and confirm which documents you are required to prepare. The following documents are required for most students.

  • Application for Admission
  • Curriculum vitae(Personal History)
  • Copy of passport (personal information page). This is only for applicants who have already
        been issued a passport.
  • Six photos (40mm X 30mm)
  • Proof of graduation from the applicant's highest level of schooling
  • A letter giving the reason for entering Japan
        (explaining the purpose ofthe applicant’s wish to study the Japanese language and what
        he/she intends to do after completing the Japanese language course)
  • Documents proving that the student has the financial means to pay tuition fees and living
        expenses in Japan (such as certificate of deposit balance or financial statement)
  • Application Fee 21,000 Yen (tax included)
